In Between the Pages

This series of ink on paper drawings is an extension of the Pain Adjacent series. I explored ways I could work with the images from the archives without access to a darkroom, which led me to gelliprinting, carbon copy paper printmaking, and sumi ink watercolor.

I created a series of nine ink on paper drawings, which were placed in six books at the Chicago Public Library – Blackstone Branch. The series is called In Between the Pages, ink on paper, 5.5″x8.5″, 2025.
