It is now winter break, and I am slowly going through the plethora of books I checked out back in October/November. Thanks to a fruitful studio visit, this occurred, as I was tasked to get my hands on as many artists’ books and art books as possible.

I managed to flip through the artists in the 2010 Korean Eye book (which contains an affiliate link).

I then read the introduction, which offered a brief history of Korean contemporary art with a general timeline of how art progressed in Korea. This was useful to me, as I don’t have much of a historical reference point that the editors provided quite succinctly.
